Service Standards

  1. A Challenger, Gray & Christmas Representative will be available to communicate at time of weparation with client to provide information to client after separation and assist in employment transition.

  2. There is no charge for our initial meeting if an individual elects not to participate in our program.

  3. A Challenger, Gray & Christmas Representative is available to meet with spouse of client to aid with family transitions if requested.

  4. We conduct in depth analysis of career history and background through a directed project.

  5. We maintain constant open aggressive communication with individually assigned counselor until such time as employment is obtained.

  6. We can provide office support as necessary.

  7. A client is assisted in the negotiation of the best possible employment package.

  8. We can provide the right to re-enter the program with one year of acceptance of an employment package if clients job ends.
