SERVICE COMMITMENTS

MAKE ONE LOCAL CALL TO CONTROL OUTPLACEMENT WORLDWIDE

  1. A single call to Global Services or to your local Challenger, Gray & Christmas representative is the only call you will need to make.

  2. A client will receive a personal telephone contact within 24 hours of your request.

  3. Clients returning to the United States can choose the city from which they will base their job search.

  4. Clients returning to the United States can began preparing their material for service prior to their return.

  5. Foreign Nationals can choose to use our U.S. service system or be aligned with our strategic business partner in their international city of choice.

  6. Local Nationals will be contacted by our strategic partner in their country of residence.

  7. All client activity will be monitored by our client computer tracking, and you will be provided with a final client report.

  8. Challenger, Gray & Christmas Global Services will provide information on employment possibilities allowed to an accompanying spouse.

  9. All invoicing will be done through our centralized Chicago accounting system in United States dollars unless alternative provisions are made prior to service being provided.
